Capability index

What Property Pulse does for a property portfolio

Property Pulse is organized around the work owners actually repeat: recording property money, running rentals, keeping source documents attached to the records they justify, and analysing whether a property earns its keep. Each capability area below explains one part of that workflow and links to the related areas it depends on.

In short

What can Property Pulse do?
Five released capability areas: per-property financials and cash flow, portfolio management and reporting, leases and rent collection, document-driven onboarding, and acquisition and investment analysis. All five read and write the same property record.

Capabilities details

One property record, many kinds of work

Each capability area reads and writes against the same property record, so a lease, an expense, a closing document, and an investment assumption all describe the same asset instead of living in separate spreadsheets.

Cash-basis by default

Financial reporting is cash-basis: income and expenses are recognised when money actually moves, and settlement-funded items at acquisition are kept separate from ongoing operating cash flow.
