Document-driven onboarding

Most of what a property record needs already exists on paper. Property Pulse treats documents as the entry point: upload what you hold, review what the system reads from it, and accept the records it proposes.

In short

How does Property Pulse use documents to build a property record?
Documents are the entry point. Uploaded leases, closing statements, bills, and receipts are read into proposed facts, conflicts between documents are reconciled, and nothing is written until the proposals are reviewed and accepted at a safety gate.

Upload, organize, and find again

Documents are stored against the property and the record they support, with duplicate detection, search, preview, and download, so the source of a figure is one click away from the figure.

Extraction with a review step

Facts read from a document are presented as proposals, not silent writes. You see what would change, what conflicts with existing records, and what is missing before anything is saved.

  • Proposed property, lease, and financial facts
  • Cross-document reconciliation of conflicting values
  • Exception-first review of what does not agree
  • A safety gate before records are created

Completeness you can act on

Each property shows what is still missing and suggests the next useful action, so onboarding finishes rather than stalling halfway.

Where these statements come from

  • Product fact

Extracted document facts are presented as reviewable proposals behind a safety gate; they are never written to records silently.

  • Methodology

Conflicting values across documents are surfaced for a decision rather than resolved automatically by preferring one document.
